Quality Assurance
To ensure consistent, quality production, we employ:
- independent product quality assessments conducted to test garment hanger flexibility and strength
- independent product quality assessments conducted to ensure the garment is protected by the garment hanger
- proprietary injection moulds and tools to achieve high quality finishes across all products. Using state of the art machining capability, our moulds are manufactured using through-hardened steel to guarantee flash-free repeatability over many years. We follow strict mould care and maintenance procedures
- the best quality inputs and materials that optimise recycling and reuse opportunities
- anti-counterfeit devices are available for reuse programs.
