In 2013, longstanding Braiform Executives Graeme Rutherford and Ben Hunt acquired Braiform via an MBO. In early 2014 a Board of Directors was formally introduced as the next step in Braiform's aggressive growth and expansion plans.

Graeme Rutherford – Co-CEO

Graeme, who is based in London, has held various senior sales positions during his fifteen years at Braiform. Prior to the MBO in 2013 Graeme managed an extensive client base spread across the Americas, Europe and Asia and was also responsible for all Braiform design and product development.

Ben Hunt – Co-CEO

Ben Hunt joined Braiform in 2000 after working for Barclays Bank and British Midland Airways. During his time at Braiform Ben has held several senior executive positions covering general management, sales and marketing, operations, licensee development and human resources.

At Braiform, Ben has lived and worked in the UK, Sri Lanka, China and Hong Kong with a strong and demonstrable track record of success prior to the 2013 MBO covering business development, restructures, new market entries and profit improvement programmes.
